Our Verdict:
Stamina always had the budget conscious, casual exerciser when they designed the Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 Rowing Machine. A great find for the bargain hunter, this model stands out with its small, space-saving design, adjustable resistance and sturdy frame and construction. There is a little problem on foot support and the foot straps however; hopefully Stamina could address this and find a more durable material. The molded seat could also use a little extra padding, as it tends to get a little uncomfortable with prolonged workouts.
Overall, this exercise gadget is a good buy in terms of value for money. It can accommodate users up to 250 pounds and about 6 feet in height. The device itself is fairly easy to assemble and it doesn’t take up much space either. We found the resistance to be effective for most users too. If you are a start-up exerciser, this is a good option for you if you don’t want to jump into the more expensive models but simply test and find which workout routine will suit you best.
